No additional AE reported; Expired VAQTA was administered to a patient. Product had labeled expiry date of 2/6/2026 and was administered 2/10/2026; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications, and concomitant medications were not reported. On 10-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated, Pediatric, 25 u/0.5mL (Vaqta) suspension for injection (Batch/lot number Y015027 has been verified to be a valid batch lot number for Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated, Pediatric, 25 u/0.5mL, expiration date reported and confirmed as 06-Feb-2026; dose, route of administration, and anatomical location were not provided) administered as prophylaxis (Expired product administered). Product had not experienced a temperature excursion through the date of administration. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
