Symptom narrative

Patient received a delayed reaction on 02/17/2026 to prevnar 20. The reaction consisted of a rash that looked like a dermatitis/cellulitis. Was inflamed and itchy. The time of the rash was about 5 days after vaccination and received prescription strength corticosteroids for inflammation and pruitius. No other outcomes at this time
