Loss of consciousness

Symptom narrative

Patient received second of three doses of Gardasil (HPV-9) in office on 2/18/26. Less than one minute following injection, patient lost consciousness and fell sideways onto the patient bed. Patient regained consciousness less than one minute later. Treatment included laying patient on back, raising their feet, and patient drinking apple juice. Patient was re-evaluated by CPNP and cleared to leave office under own power with no restrictions. Encouraged to call with any further/worsening symptoms.
