Symptom narrative

Patient has had shoulder pain since getting the vaccine. He has since been seen by an orthopedic Dr. that confirmed the pain was from the vaccine entering the shoulder joint. The pain was made better by taking diclofenac but as soon as the patient stopped the medication the pain returned.
