A 61-year-old male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 10Feb2026 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 61 years, in arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication(s) included: CRESTOR. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE RASH (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE SWELLING (non-serious) all with onset Feb2026, outcome "unknown" and all described as "large localized injection - side reaction, consisting of rash and swelling of the vaccinated arm". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site rash, vaccination site swelling. Additional information: On February 10, 2026 in adult male received Prevnar 20 and developed a large localized injection - side reaction, consisting of rash and swelling of the vaccinated arm within several days. Benadryl was self administered by a spouse (pharmacist). No medical evaluation hospitalization occurred. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
