Symptom narrative

After receiving the first Pfizer vaccine on 3/27/2021, I had lab work done on 4/7/2021. Results of the labs showed low TSH and an elevated antibody (TBII/TRab), which was consistent with Graves Disease. My doctor later diagnosed me with Autoimmune Thyroid Disease.

Medical history

At the time of the vaccine: migraines, GERD, had history of focal active colitis, prolactinemia, and impaired fasting glucose (no diabetes); I have received various medical diagnoses in the years after receiving the vaccine (can provide more information if needed).

Other medications

Spironolactone, Propranolol, Topamax

4/7/2021: low TSH and elevated antibody (TBII/TRab)
