heart palpitations; lethargy; dizziness; spaciness; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of palpitation in a 54-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included right bundle branch block (very occasionally notice a stray heartbeat skip). On 30-JAN-2026, the patient received Shingrix .5 ml. On 03-FEB-2026, 4 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced palpitation (Verbatim: heart palpitations), lethargy (Verbatim: lethargy), dizziness (Verbatim: dizziness) and spaced out (Verbatim: spaciness). The outcome of the palpitation, lethargy, dizziness and spaced out were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the palpitation, lethargy, dizziness and spaced out to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-FEB-2026 The patient self-reported this case for himself. The patient stated that he had a RBBB and very occasionally noticed a stray heartbeat skip. But 4 days after receiving the vaccination, these increased to a level he had never before experienced, and the episodes were accompanied by lethargy and dizziness/spaciness. On 05-FEB-2026, 6 days after, they became prevalent enough to warrant a visit to the ER (emergency visit), in which no direct heart issues were found (heart attack signs). No other products were received by the patient. The patient worked for a pharma company and understood the importance of reporting adverse events, and he was open to explaining in detail what he experienced, which may or may not have been related to the Shingrix vaccination. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information had been made.
