had accidentally administered a dose of Twinrix in a 17-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 17-year-old female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (batch number H7RS2) for prophylaxis. On 10-JAN-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Twinrix. On 10-JAN-2025, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: had accidentally administered a dose of Twinrix in a 17-year-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
