Symptom narrative

patient presented to EH office c/o redness, and itchiness. currently site appears red around the Band-Aid area along it a circle of about 3cm of diameter. denies fever or any other symptoms. area is red, non-elevated, no hives, just a rash looking area. started on 2/18 only showing redness around the Band-Aid site, which spread to the diameter. iced was applied on 2/18/26, along with Vaseline cream. Patient has also taken OTC Advil one dose on 2/18/26 in the am.
