She is experiencing a terrible headache; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer referring to herself, a 50-years-old female patient. The patient's pertinent medical history included migraines. Concomitant therapies and known drug reactions or allergies were not reported. On 10-FEB-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (M-M-R II) as prophylaxis (indication reported as vaccine) (strength, dose, route of administration, location of administration, lot #, and expiration date were not reported). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) (lot # and expiration date were not reported). The patient was worried about the current measles outbreak, and she thought she was part of the age group that only received one as a child, so she got another while taking her children to get the vaccine. She was experiencing a terrible headache. She started feeling it last night (on 10-FEB-2026) and on 12-FEB-2026 (reported as today), she was feeling the typical gnawing behind her eyes that she gets when she was getting a migraine. Outcome of the event was reported as not recovered. As she had a history of getting migraines, she said that the event might not be due to the suspect vaccine.
