The patient reported that first episode with shingles the patient was 49, six months later patient got the shingle vaccine had a slight episode during the shots, patient had recently now had two shingles episodes this last one, patient became very sick, patient in the 10 percent. All together the patient had 4 episodes. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset and laboratory test confirming shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.; Sender's Comments: A case of Vaccination failure, unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, in a adult patient.
