Symptom narrative

Pt received JYNNEOS Smallpox/Monkeypox vaccine on 17FEB26 (Lot: 484113). Following day 19FEB26 pt complained of chest tightness, general nausea, lightheadedness, and acute left sided abdominal pain w. radiation to left side of neck. Pt proceeded to Hospital ER for treatment approx. 1300 18FEB26. Pt received tx for pain and nausea. Discharged at 1830 w/ dx of "abdominal pain, unspecified abdominal location" and suspicion "...the symptoms that you are having are related to the vaccine." Pt discharged on OTC pain medication. 19FEB26 symptoms still persisting, pt will f/u w. PCM at Health Clinic.

Current illness

PRK surgery performed on 29JAN26. No complications from surgery, still suffering from light sensitivity.
