No additional AE; inadvertent administration of expired VAQTA; This Spontaneous report was received from a healthcare professional and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history , concurrent conditions and concomitant medications were not reported. On 09-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) Suspension for injection Lot Number: Y015910 and expiration date: 06-Feb-2026 (dose, route of administration and anatomical site were not provided) as prophylaxis. No additional Adverse event.
