Symptom narrative

Reported that the rash first appeared on abdomen and had spread about 2-3 days prior to appt on 2/18/26 Described as very itchy. Provider's assessment: Rash numerous small non-patterned pustules over left flank with erythematous base. Abdomen with scattered similar appearing pustules. Intermittent small skin-coloured papules Right flank with several small erythematous macules. Distal extremities with dry eczematous skin. Numerous small pinpoint pustules without erythema.
