Roughly 5 minutes after the patient received the above vaccines, mom noted that pt's face appeared "green." She was evaluated by the physician and noted to be pale with some cyanosis around her lips. She lacked tone and was sleeping but arousable though eyes were not tracking and appeared glassy when open. Her lungs were clear and she was moving air well. Cap refill was <2 seconds. Her HR was 119, T normal, RR 32, SaO2 99-100% throughout. Her palmar and startle reflexes were intact. These symptoms persisted for about 30-35 min with short periods where she appeared to be improving in terms of color and alertness, but then would become pale and lethargic again. After 30-35 min she showed steady improvement and was back to baseline and had a normal breastfeed by 45 min.
