Symptom narrative

Patient called office 2/19/26 at 1545 to report that she is concerned she's having a reaction to a vaccine. Stated that she is experiencing pain and heat at vaccination site, and has "a hard spot where the needle went in." Upon clarification, patient reports that about an inch surrounding the site of vaccination has what feels like a knot in the muscle. Reports that she noticed these symptoms on 2/18/26 around 1800. Encouraged patient to take ibuprofen if needed for pain/inflammation, and to reach out to primary care provider to follow up.
