Symptom narrative

Donor called center and spoke with nurse. Donor reports that donated today and received TDAP after donation. Donor reports got home and became dizzy and nauseous and then vomited. Donor denies any other symptoms and declines the need to go the urgent care or the ER.

Current illness

Donor tested positive for COVID on 1/30/26, states last day of symptoms was 2/3/26. Informed donor must wait 14 days from last symptoms. Deferred until 2/17/26. Donor donated on 2/19/26 and then received TDAP after donation.

Medical history

Asthma, treated with Albuterol Inhaler as needed.
