Symptom narrative

Two Covid Vaccines administered. Johnson and Johnson (Janssen) 09/25/2021. At location [withheld location/state] Lot# 211421A (this lot number is hand written on my vaccination record, this is what it looks like to me.) Second covid vaccine was Moderna 01/13/2022. At location [withheld location, state] Lot# 028K21A. One year ago I began to have a non healing scabs at both covid injection sites on my left deltoid. I have only had these two Covid vaccines. I am an RN at a community hospital, [withheld name, city, state]. They forced all employees to be vaccinated and did not honor our exemptions. January 7, 26 I saw my dermatologist for these two sites. I had biopsies on both sites that day. The lab results returned Positive for Basal Cell Carcinoma. I had the cancer removed January 17,26. I am reporting this to VAERS because I fully believe this is a direct result of the covid vaccines that I received.
