In JUL-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. In JUL-2025, less than 2 weeks after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: shingles as had a short mild version of shingles/on one side of my face, and neck and hair line).
