suspected vaccination failure; got 1st shot and had a flare up; 2nd shot caused a less severe flare up; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included zoster sine herpete (internal shingles was worse, had them the 2nd time caught shingles). On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine and the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine and Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), shingles (Verbatim: got 1st shot and had a flare up) and shingles (Verbatim: 2nd shot caused a less severe flare up). The outcome of the vaccination failure, shingles and shingles were not reported. The patient advised get the shingles shots, as bad as shingles was, and it was terrible, internal shingles was worse. The patient waited until that was finally over and 6 more months. The 1st shot was got and a flare up was had. It was waited 3 months, and the 2nd shot was caused a less severe flare up. It had been 5 years and nada was had. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding time to onset and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
