the patient did not experience any medical concerns. No additional AE; They provided a new full ROTATEQ dose to administer to the patient. The patient "only received a drop or about 1/10th of the ROTATEQ dose" before they were kicked during the first attempt to provide the ROTATEQ dose.; This spontaneous report was received from a physician assistant (reported as medical assistant) and refers to a 4-month-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies, previous drugs reactions and allergies were not reported. On 13-Feb-2026, it was stated that during a routine vaccination appointment, the patient kicked the physician assistant's arm while administering the vaccine, causing the physician assistant to dropped a dose of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) oral solution, administered orally as prophylaxis, dose frequency reported as 2 mL three dose series (Lot No. 2198819 has been verified to be a valid lot number for [rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent], expiration date reported and upon internal validation established as 04-Apr-2027) (strength was not provided); therefore, patient did not receive the full dose during the first attempted which the patient was reported to be moving around a lot and it was mention as the patient only received a drop or about 1/10th of the dose of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ). The reporter stated they provided a new full dose of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) 2 mL, oral solution, dose frequency reported as 2 mL three dose series, administered orally as prophylaxis (Lot No. 2198819 has been verified to be a valid lot number for [rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent], expiration date reported and upon internal validation established as 04-Apr-2027) (strength was not provided) (overdose).
