No additional AE; inadvertent administration of an expired dose of MMR-II. Vaccine expired on 31JAN2026 and was administered to a patient on 09FEB2026.; This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 09-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with expired dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), Solution for injection (lot #Y003499, expiration date: 31-Jan-2026) for prophylaxis (expired dose administered). On 09-Feb-2026, the patient started therapy with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), Solution for injection (lot # and expiration date were not reported).
