After administration mild crying in room, quick recovery, child was discharged and carried to car in carrier by mother, front desk reported child was resting in car carrier on his way out the door. Mom attempted to feed by bottle in the car, child was unarousable and "became totally limp" mom came running back into office with baby quiet and limp on her shoulder, I removed baby from mom and confirmed limp extremities, as soon as I got him on a exam table, he became alert and began crying. He was flush, red and tears were actively moving. No evidence of perioral cyanosis. Good oxygenation at 95%, good pupillary reaction, good cap refill. No evidence of any other reactions.
