Symptom narrative

Patient reports she started to break out all over her body the night of the vaccination administration. She broke out all over her body in a rash (face, arms, torso). Her primary care referred her to a dermatologist who did blood work etc. She had to take oral medications and topical creams for months before the rash resolved. This breakout rash left permanent discoloration of her skin. The dermatologist informed her that she is allergic to the vaccine.
