Patient approximated 15 min. after getting vaccinated and while checking out at the front desk fainted and hit her head at the counter and ended on the floor, lost her consciousness for few seconds, was claimed pale, helped by nursing staff, re-evaluated by medical staff, with normal VS, and has suffer a small superficial laceration over her left lateral orbital side +/- 1 cm, scant bleeding, Steri-Strips applied, Patient ambulating home with her mother
