Symptom narrative

After returning home after well & vaccines pt asked for breakfast (11am). Few min into eating breakfast had episode of pale, drooling, limp. Vomited en route to ED. Given Ifu, Zofran, Tylenol in ED. Improved through stay & continued to be well following d/c.
