Patient received flublok, mnexspike, and twinrix vaccines on 2/18/26 at approximately 1730. She reported feeling light-headed and was guided to sit on the floor. I had a technician come and sit in the counseling room with her and went and got her a bottle of water and some fruit snacks we had on hand. She informed me after that she had not eaten anything today and she felt fully recovered after sitting for a few minutes and drinking some water and eating the gummies.
