Symptom narrative

Participating in Cardiac Rehab and was in Section 29. After completing my first exercise of the morning with 10 minutes on recumbent bike and walking away, experienced non sustained episode of ventricular tachycardia which was picked up on monitor with rate 160-17 for 13 beats. I was very lightheaded and was moving to sit down when episode subsided. IAs mentioned this was my 29th session and never had any issues of chest pain or light headed ness with any prior exercising to a moderate to heavy intensity

Hypercholesterolemia, ASHD s/p stent x3 11/2025, HBP, sleep apnea, obesity , h/o gout, BPH
