Symptom narrative

Patient had a possible delayed allergic reaction to Twinrix (blisters/rash) on left arm that was painful to touch. The reaction appeared 4 days after the vaccination on 2/13/26. Patient said no treatment was given and that the rash was better on 2/20/2026.

Cetirizine 10mg (one tablet by mouth one time daily as needed), Prevident 5000 Booster Plus Dental Paste (Apply a thin ribbon of the paste to toothbrush. Brush thoroughly once daily for two minutes, preferably at bedtime)
