Symptom narrative

Patient states that within a few days of receiving the covid vaccine, she started experiencing stiffness and soreness as well as a sharp, stabbing pain in her arm around the area where the shot was given. The pain started spreading up towards her neck and continued to worsen over the following days and weeks. At this point, the patient is barely able to lift up her arm due to shooting pain. Pt has been in contact with her primary care provider to monitor the situation.
