Symptom narrative

Swelling and pain at site lt arm 2/7/26- 2/13/26. Rash on lower extremity with swelling 2/13/26. Urgent care visit to [withheld name] Regional Hospital. Received decadron 4 mg injection. 2/16/26 return to [withheld name] Regional with weakness, fatigue and joint pain ER. Labs drawn, IV Fluids, gone with 8 mg of decadron oral given. Abnormal labs reported per ER MD Dx with small vessel vasculitis. Referral to Rheumatologist and PCP. Seen on 2/18/26 more labs done. Awaiting results. And f/u with Rheum.
