Symptom narrative

My left shoulder felt bruised as if it had been punched and my arm was weak for days. Then my left thumb became sore and tingly, which spread to my inner arm being sore, weak, and tingly and my whole hand now feels tingly and numb. My shoulder is still weak and it is difficult for me to perform tasks such as lifting, typing, or holding anything. I have also not been able to exercise since the vaccine.
