Symptom narrative

Patient said the day after she received the vaccines she had shoulder/joint pain in each arm. She went to ER or Urgent care where she said she was told she she has SIRVA. She said she is still experiencing this pain over 4 months after and she needs to sleep with a heating pad at night. I asked her to describe the pain and she said shoulder pain but also said it was affecting her entire body.
