Symptom narrative

I am not 100% on the brand of hepatitis A shot. 18 hours following the shot our boy had a slight fever, lack of appetite and orneriness. 30 hours following the shot he started having a 102 degree fever , vomoting , and would not go to sleep. We have given him baby Tylenol and it helped the fever some. This morning his lips were blue but as he ate more, they started getting some color back. We are going to see how today goes before taking him to any ER

He had an ear infection 3 weeks ago and completed taking his anti biotic
