administration on 23-Dec-2025 of only the liquid portion of the Menveo 2 vial presentation to a patient.; Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. On 23-DEC-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 23-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: administration on 23-Dec-2025 of only the liquid portion of the Menveo 2 vial presentation to a patient.) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered).
