Symptom narrative

Terrible pain at injection site and in arm, injection site was wrong which is above deltoid region. Pain is described as more than soreness. Within 48 hours loss of 85% mobility in all directions. Severe pain increasing after 7 days. Difficulty sleeping. Severe pain. Injection given too high not in deltoid. Can?t lift arm. Potentially in bursa. Have to go to PT and to get X-rays further tests scans etc
