Inappropriate preparation of medication; Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 5S723, expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 13-FEB-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 13-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Inappropriate preparation of medication) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered).
