The patient's past medical history included facial herpes zoster (shingles on my face and scalp in my 40's). Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on an unknown date). The patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced sickness (Verbatim: was so sick) and bedridden (Verbatim: in bed for about 4 days). The outcome of the sickness and bedridden were resolved (duration 4 days).
