Concurrent medical conditions included Ulcerative colitis and Immunocompromised (extremely). Concomitant products included Vedolizumab (Entyvio) for Ulcerative colitis. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced ILL-DEFINED DISORDER (patient had a lot of things happen in the last 7 years).
