Symptom narrative

Following Vaccine on right arm presented with red skin, hot to touch. running down 2-3 inches on his arm. At 2:30 AM on 2/20, patient presented with fever 101, leg and arm aches. At 7:30 AM patient had a fever of 102, legs tingly, sore, ache, arm was sore and ache, complained of headache and feeling dizzy. Symptoms lasted until late Friday evening. Saturday morning, 2/21, he woke with no fever, no leg pain, no headache. Complained that he was very sore under his arms and his injection site on his arm was still red, hot to touch and itched.
