Please be advised that this is an extremely atypical report. The facility listed in this report was not the source of the vaccine. The source of the vaccine is unknown. The vaccine was taken by the patient unknowingly, as a target of bioterrorism, wherein the MMR vaccine of unknown origin, and unknown manufacturer was used to illegally contaminate the patient's food, drink, or medicine. The adverse event involved fever, chills, two spots of rash on each front thigh, head-to-toe mild itchiness without visible rash, headache, and occasional mild nausea. By Feb, 18, 2026 left front thigh rash is gone, but right thigh persists as small pink spot to date. Fever, and mild head-to-toe itchiness with headaches persist to date. Symptoms started as early as Feb. 05, 2026, with rash appearing overnight around Feb. 9, 2026. Full headache and mild head-to-toe itchiness did not present consistently until about Feb. 17, 2026. Visit to Hospital ED on Feb. 11, 2026 (no action taken). Visit to primary care on Feb.16, 2026 (no action taken; no fever measured).
