Systemic: none reported from caregiver who helps vaccine scheduleing for the patients-Mild, Additional Details: caregiver handles vaccine scheduling. she came to schedule this patients 2 nd dose of shingrix. however the patient had completed the course of therapy based on the registry in 2019. pt should not have received a thrid dose that was administer at a vaccine clinic on 10/9/2025 which facility had as this patients 1st dose. any adverse reactions from this extra dose is unknown at this time.
