Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: PAT REPORTED ON THE SURVEY, SHE GOT PAIN AND SHOULDER INJURY. I AS IMMUNIZER 100% SURE I DID NOT INJECT IT TOO HIGH, I GAVE IT TO HER ON DELTOID MUSCLE EXACTLY.
