Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: patient came into pharmacy with complaint of pain at injection site. There was swelling at the injection site. Patient still had bandaids on from day of injection.
