Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Not really a reaction to the vaccine.. Gardasil 9 was typed and received by pt but in reality wanted the covid vaccine.RPH verified 2 vaccines pt was getting (tdap also), and RPH informed HPV was 2-3 doses. after adminitesring the vaccine that when the pt asked for the covid after vaccination form and realized the mistake of getting gardasil
