Systemic: Chills-Severe, Systemic: Fever-Severe, Systemic: SEVERE FLU WITH COUGH-Severe, Additional Details: Patient's wife says each time patient receives the Flu vaccine he gets a fever, chills, and cough. Wife also mentioned patient has low immune system and is diabetic.
