Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came back to receive 2 other vaccines and I noticed on her arm she had a large red spot, hot to the touch, from the area she was given the 2 vaccines previously, more on the left side of her arm. She remembers the Tdap was given in that area but the redness was near the other area given for the shingrix. She did not notice until I pulled up her sleeve.
