Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient states pharmacist administered vaccine too high in arm. Symptoms all sound like he might have hit the Bursa. Today she states better. Said her arm was paralyzed for a day. then she had to sleep in a chair for 4 days. She says it is improving but still having problems
