Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reports getting 2 vaccines in same arm. Hep B was second dose and tolerated first dose well. Assumming reaction is to the boostrix vaccine. Patient reports extreme itchiness in arm. No swelling but still has a band-aid skin spot (could also be a latex allergy). Has tried applying cortisone and helped a little.
