Symptom narrative

Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had a little swollen around the left eye and it looked like a stye forming on the left eye. I advised patient to do warm compress to see if the stye would go down. Patient went to the doctor on 02/19/26 to confirm that it was not shingles forming. His doctor advised to do cold compress around the eye area. Patient received a total of 5 vaccines on 2/13/26. Four vaccines (MMR, TDap, Hep B, and pneumococcal at the Health Department).
